By registering for any event, you agree to follow all rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event or forfeiture of entry fees.
Driver & Safety Requirements
- 🧤 Driver wristband: Must sign waiver at check-in and wear wristband at all times.
- 🪖 Helmet: Snell SA 2015+ or equivalent; motorcycle DOT helmets not allowed.
- 🥿 Driver attire: Closed-toe shoes and gloves recommended.
- 👀 Awareness: Always be alert in grid and on-track areas.
Pre-Event Vehicle Preparation
Make sure your car is safe, reliable, and ready to drift. Focus on driving, not fixing, at the track.
- ✅ Alignment: Professional alignment required. Support at Faction Motorsports.
- ✅ E-Brake: Must work; hydro optional, dual-caliper if installed.
- ✅ Engine Health: Runs reliably without overheating. Consistency > peak power.
- ✅ Seat & Steering: Properly mounted; passenger seat recommended.
- ✅ Helmet: Snell SA 2015+; older than 5 years not allowed.
- ✅ Wheels & Tires: Correct size; new tires recommended.
- ✅ Fire Extinguisher: At least one accessible.
- ✅ Loose Items & Floor Mats: Remove all from cabin/trunk.
- ✅ Gas Cap: Present & secure.
- ✅ Fluid Leaks: None excessive.
- ✅ Brake & Headlights: Min 2 rear brakes; 1 headlight at night.
- ✅ Wheel Bearings & Suspension: No play; no loose ball joints.
- ✅ Battery: Secure; terminals wrapped.
- ✅ Lug Nuts: All installed.
- ✅ Convertibles: Minimum 4-point roll bar.

On-Track & Pit Conduct
- 🚦 Stay inside your vehicle unless directed by staff or in case of fire.
- 🚦 Passengers must meet same helmet and attire standards.
- 🚦 Drivers responsible for all passengers, crew, spectators in group.
- 🚦 Follow staff instructions; ignoring = removal.
- 🚦 Drive defensively and stay aware.
- 🚦 No intentional burnouts; spin-outs okay.
- 🚦 Avoid drifting around stopped vehicles; navigate safely.
- 🚦 Keep idle speeds low; no revving/2-step before noon.
Enforcement & Agreement
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to these rules. Staff may stop or remove vehicles that do not meet safety or conduct standards. You may fix minor issues at the track to participate, but prepare in advance to maximize your driving time.
