Driver & Safety Requirements

Check-in & Wristband Must sign waiver and wear wristband at all times.
Helmet 3/4-face or full-face helmets meeting Snell SA2015+, or equivalent SFI or FIA standard, are required. No motorcycle helmets. Must be in good condition and fastened.
Driver Attire Closed-toe shoes required. Gloves strongly recommended.
Situational Awareness Stay alert at all times in grid and on track.
Tech Inspection Form

Vehicle Prep (Before You Arrive)

Alignment Proper alignment recommended.
Engine & Cooling Car should run reliably without overheating or major issues.
E-Brake Must function properly.
Seat & Steering Must be securely mounted with no excessive movement.
Wheels & Tires Proper size tires in safe condition; fresh tires recommended.
Wheel Torque Lug nuts properly torqued before driving.
Battery Secure mounting with covered terminals.
Loose Items Remove all loose items from interior and trunk.
Fluid Leaks No excessive leaks from engine, coolant, or drivetrain.

Tech Inspection (Required to Drive)

Seat Belt / Harness Must be present, functional, and properly mounted.
Battery Must be securely mounted with terminals covered.
Lug Nuts All lug nuts present and properly installed.
Brake Lights Minimum of two functioning rear brake lights.
Fluid Leaks No active or excessive leaks.
Fire Extinguisher Needs to be mounted and accessible.
Suspension & Wheel Play No excessive play in wheel bearings, suspension, or steering components.
Convertible Vehicles Minimum 4-point roll bar required.

You may fix minor issues at the event and be re-inspected.

On-Track & Pit Conduct

Passenger Waivers Anyone 16–17 years old must have a signed waiver to ride as a passenger. Sign Waiver
Passengers must meet the same safety requirements as drivers.
Follow all staff instructions for safe and smooth operations.
Drive predictably and avoid unnecessary risks.
No intentional burnouts. Maintain control at all times.
Keep noise and revving reasonable, especially before noon.

Enforcement & Agreement

By attending, you agree to all rules. Staff may stop or remove any driver or vehicle that does not meet safety or conduct standards. Preparing your car beforehand ensures more driving time and a better experience for everyone.
